Returns and Exchange Policy

Return Deadlines
All returns must be returned or postmarked no later than 30 days from the original purchase date.


  • Must contact Customer Support at 1-855-740-0855 during regular business hours to schedule a return or exchange.
  • Product must be unused and in resalable condition and must include original packaging.
  • Custom sizes are not eligible for returns.
  • Obsolete and discontinued merchandise are not eligible for returns.
  • HEPA filters are not eligible for returns.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Received Incorrect Order
If customer received an incorrect item, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and cover all additional shipping charge.
Customer Order Error
If a wrong size is ordered, product exchanges are accepted. Exchanges will not incur additional processing fees but shipping charges may be apply.
Processing Fee
Non-qualifying returns are subject to a 15% processing fee and will be deducted from the original amount billed. Remaining balance will be credited back to customer’s credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note, credit card companies may take an additional 2- 10 business days to post the credit back to customer’s account.
