Filter orders within the contiguous 48 States are eligible for Free Shipping! NDUSTRIA™ Infrared Heaters are subject to a shipping fee, calculated during checkout.

    Tracking information will be emailed to you directly after shipment.
  2. Order Processing*
    Standard Sizes ship in 3 business days or less
    Custom and Non-Standard Sizes ship in 5 business days or less

  4. Delivery
    Delivery time ranges from 1 to 8 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States (based on location and carrier).
  5. Changes to delivery addresses after shipment will incur a $10 rerouting fee.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  1. All items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging
  2. Custom sized filters are not eligible for returns
  3. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment minus cost of shipping
  4. Orders over $250 are subject to a restocking fee of 10%

  1. How is your information is used?

    The information that is given to Factory Direct Filters will be solely used to fulfilling your order. We will not sell or distribute any personal information to anyone. Phone numbers are requested in case a sales representative would need to contact you to schedule a delivery time. E-mail addresses will only be used to acknowledge receipt of your order and send you newsletters if you requested. Reminders will also be sent when it is time to change your air filter or reorder. You always have the option of opting-out of this type of correspondence. Credit card numbers are only stored when you choose a recurring billing option, and if that is the case, they are stored at our payment processor's secure server.

We will match the price of your air filters if you make a purchase on www.factorydirectfilters.com then find a matching item for less from select online competitors. Price matches may be requested within 14 days after purchase by emailing us at support@factorydirectfilters.com.

    • Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or unspecific offers, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guest log in
    • Pricing or typographical errors, limited time or quantity offers, daily deals, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers, bulk orders or palette pricing
    • Filtrete and Carrier Infinity products are not eligible for Price Match Guarantee
  2. Guidelines and Limitations
    • The item must match, size, efficiency rating (MERV), pack quantity, materials. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match. We do not price match competitors if they are out of stock.
    • Online competitor matches are limited to items sold and fulfilled by the select competitors listed here. Offers found on deal websites will be validated at retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
    • Proof of competitor pricing must be presented. The price for an item/offer must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.
    • Orders from Alaska and Hawaii excluded
    • We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matches per identical item per guest
