Returns and Exchange Policy
|All returns must be returned or postmarked no later than 30 days from the original purchase date.|
- Must contact Customer Support at 1-855-740-0855 during regular business hours to schedule a return or exchange.
- Product must be unused and in resalable condition and must include original packaging.
- Custom sizes are not eligible for returns.
- Obsolete and discontinued merchandise are not eligible for returns.
- HEPA filters are not eligible for returns.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
|Received Incorrect Order|
|If customer received an incorrect item, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and cover all additional shipping charge.|
|Customer Order Error|
|If a wrong size is ordered, product exchanges are accepted. Exchanges will not incur additional processing fees but shipping charges may be apply.|
|Non-qualifying returns are subject to a 15% processing fee and will be deducted from the original amount billed. Remaining balance will be credited back to customer’s credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note, credit card companies may take an additional 2- 10 business days to post the credit back to customer’s account.|
